The Job Order function of COATS is truly what ties the entire system together. Job Orders are easily entered when clients call in with requests for personnel. Placements can begin immediately, even with the client on the phone.

Selecting the proper employee is as easy as using the COATS search feature. Searching is based on Job Order information and specific search criteria entered by the user. The search can process thousands of employees and fill orders in seconds.

Pay and bill rates are also established using the Job Order, which are automatically used by payroll.

With one mouse click a special Openings option allows the user to determine any current positions which need to be filled or still require attention.

HANDLING JOB ORDERS IS EASY!

Complete and detailed job descriptions are entered with the open field arrangement allowing you to include unlimited comments.  Future orders of like descriptions are added or copied to the same Order screen, eliminating repetitive data entry.

Every assignment an employee has held is accessible from the Job Order, allowing for employee activity to be easily tracked and monitored.  Open field arrangements allow for job-related comments and follow-up information to be easily entered and reviewed and places notes directly into the employee record at the same time, so there is no dual entry.

• Colors alert users in job orders for possible unemployment, first day starts, missing I9 or W4 and more
• Reports track all contact with the applicant for staffer monitoring
• Track and view client and applicant details from the Job Order record
