together. Job Orders are easily entered when clients call in with
requests for personnel. Placements can begin immediately, even
with the client on the phone.
Selecting the proper employee is as easy as using the COATS search
feature. Searching is based on Job Order information and specific
search criteria entered by the user. The search can process thousands
of employees and fill orders in seconds.
Pay and bill rates are also established using the Job Order, which
are automatically used by payroll.
With one mouse click a special Openings option allows the user
to determine any current positions which need to be filled or still
require attention.

Complete and detailed job descriptions are entered with the open
field arrangement allowing you to include any comments you wish. Future
orders of like descriptions are added to the same Order screen,
eliminating repetitive data entry.
Every assignment an employee has held is accessible from the
Job Order, allowing for employee activity to be easily tracked
and monitored. Open field arrangements allow for job-related
comments and follow-up information to be easily entered and reviewed.
Track, view, and monitor not only Job Orders, but Clients and
Employees from the same screen.
