COATS provides a host of additional services to our clients.  Installation, Training, Upgrades and Advanced Tech Support all designed to make COATS incredibly user friendly.

COATS is a windows based system and very easy to install.  The system runs under Windows NT/2000/XP and Novell.

On-site installation is also available if necessary!

COATS believes proper training will ensure proper usage of the system.  Therefore, we will provide free training for users when they come to the COATS lab.  We offer a three day program which will cover all the features COATS provides.  All classes include hands on instruction.  See our Training Calendar page for further details.

Updates to the COATS system are performed about twice a year.  Our philosophy on upgrades is total customer involvement.  The COATS system has numerous enhancements which were submitted by current COATS users.  Our open ear to our customers is central to the quality of the system.
