Installation
COATS is a windows based system and very easy to install. The system runs under Windows NT/2000/XP/Vista/Windows 7 and Novell.
On-site installation is available.
Training
COATS believes proper training will ensure successful usage of the system. Therefore, we will provide free training for users when they come to the COATS lab. We offer a three day program which will cover all the features COATS provides. All classes include hands on instruction.
Webinars: group and one-on-one classes are scheduled as 1-2 hour increments of time. Group classes are for specific modules of COATS; i.e. Employees, Clients and Orders or Payroll/AR or AP/Banks/GL.
Video Training: This computer based training series is available for Front office or Back office or a complete set.

Upgrades
Updates to the COATS system are performed often. Our philosophy on upgrades is total customer involvement. The COATS system has numerous enhancements submitted by current COATS users. Our “open ear” dedication with our customers is central to the quality of the system.
