The Employee | Applicant Records screen allows you to control
all employee related functions. New applicants are easily entered
and processed from the Employee Records Screen. COATS provides
access to all data pertaining to each employee with the ability
to modify or expand records at will.
Any information regarding an applicant is easily accessed at the
touch of a button. Most importantly, all data from Employee
Records including the resume, Job Orders and Payroll is shared

Tracking applicants and employees is simple and efficient. An
applicant's status can be viewed from any screen. Any user
can determine or modify the status regarding an applicant. COATS
provides eleven types of status for employees. COATS also
tracks where an employee's check is to be sent.
Another vital tool of the COATS system is the Contact section. Applicants
calling in to state their availability and status, rejected job
assignments, sick notifications, etc. are all recorded efficiently
by any employee with access to COATS.
