The Employee | Applicant Records screen allows you to control all employee related functions. New applicants are easily entered, processed, and tracked from the Employee Records Screen. COATS provides access to all data pertaining to each employee with the ability to modify or expand records at will.

Any information regarding an applicant is easily accessed at the touch of a button.  Most importantly, all data from Employee Records including the resume, Job Orders and Payroll is shared so data never has to be entered twice. 

Tracking applicants and employees is simple and efficient.  An applicant's status can be viewed from any screen.  Any user can determine or modify the status regarding an applicant.  COATSsql provides sixteen types of status for employees.  COATS also tracks where and how an employee's check is to be sent. (Check, Direct Deposit, Pay Card)

Another vital tool of the COATS applicant tracking software system is the Contact section.  Applicants calling in to state their availability and status, rejected job assignments, sick notifications, etc. are all recorded efficiently by any employee with access to COATS.
