Known Situations

COATSsql

This message appears for some users when running the COATSsql version update: “There is insufficient system memory in resource pool ‘internal’ to run this query.”

This is a Microsoft error; click the link to see the Microsoft message and resolution recommendation.

If the above resolution does not work, your SQL technician can try manually altering the SQL server settings below:

  • Starting Tempdb is set to 2000
  • Memory is set to 3000
  • Page file is set to fixed vs dynamic

If further assistance is needed please contact your SQL server technical support team.

Known Problems

The following is a list of known problems with our software; we are working to correct these errors now.

COATS Standard

Online Application Users Only – Download Web Server screen whites out and brings forth no data. COATS has lost connection to the server. Current work around:

1.  X out of the Download Web Application Server.
2.  X
 out of COATS.
3.  Log back in.
4.  Access Download Web Application Server. Server will connect and produce data.

COATSsql

Payroll / Pay Cycle Processing / Add
The user adds a payroll to the system. When right clicking on either the week ending date or check date field, the the user receives on OLE error. The user needs to:

1.  Select any date in the calendar.

2.  “X” out of the calendar.

3.  Manually enter the correct date.

4.  The error no longer continues to show.

We are working hard to resolve the above issues.

 

Bug Report Form

Please be as specific as possible when describing the problem.
