Vacation/Sick Calculator Updates - Updating Prhistory Files

This utility will include the data in your prior year archive folders when calculating Vacation & Sick Pay Benefits. Run this utility once prior to running the Vacation Sick Pay Calculator during the new year.

Download the below file to your system Temp folder. For example (C:\TEMP)

INSTRUCTIONS UPDATING VACATION / SICK DATA USING COATS Standard:

Last updated: December 27, 2005

» Locate the TEMP folder on your computer and double-click the prhistory_creator.exe file.
» Extract the file to your COATS folder. Typically (C:\COATS).
