My Advice to Users: Training is #1; to understand the System; even if you have been in the staffing business for years. Set Up is #2; you must take the time to set up the company tree and company defaults for a fully functioning system.

About Me: I have been a lifer at COATS. I earned my Master’s of Education from ODU, taught for two years, then came to COATS and never looked back. I have a wonderful husband, two terrific daughters, two dogs, and a cat, all of whom keep me quite busy. I enjoy spending time with family and friends; it has always been about balance.
My Role at COATS: I had many opportunities at COATS, from developing new clients to maintaining and growing long-term client relationships.
