How does the Employment Online Application Software work?  

The applicant accesses your staffing service’s web site where the employment online application links are embedded. When the job candidate clicks to apply via a desktop, laptop or phone, they are directed to the COATS Employment Online Application that adapts to their end user device.  

The user fills out the application and submits their form.  Your Recruiter may then access all online applications from the Integrated Solutions menu in COATS.  Recruiters also have the ability to review each application prior to accepting and downloading.  This allows your firm the ability to select which applications to download based on your qualifications and those of your clients.  

Applications are downloaded and auto populate a new employee master record

The employment applications that are selected, are quickly downloaded and auto populate an employee master record in COATS.  The application and employee record will show a NEW status, enabling your staff to decipher most recent candidates that have applied online and have been reviewed by your Recruiter and downloaded into your system.  

The staffer may review the Employee Master Record in order to schedule an interview, contact the Employee for legal paperwork, and/or register the employee for Electronic Onboarding.

1.    The user fills out the application and submits their form.

2.    The staffer at the staffing company accesses Online Apps from the Integrated Solutions menu and sees the following screen:

3.     To view the applicant’s form, the staffer clicks on the applicant name and then can tab through the Applicant Application on the left. The staffer can check OK  and Download Selected Applications or if it already Exists in the system or is not needed they may click Delete Selected.

4.        Once Downloaded the applications are placed into the Employee Master Record with a status of “NEW”’; such as:

5.        The staffer may review the Employee Master Record in order to schedule an interview, contact the Employee for legal paperwork, print the Employee’s formal application, etc.
