Screaming fansOMG the new ACA forms are available from the IRS! Can you stand it?! Well, they’re available in draft form, anyway, and we’re so grateful for anything remotely official that we’re throwing a party over the draft documents!

Here are the drafts themselves:

The forms aren’t what you could call attractive or even all that understandable; there’s a distinct worksheet vibe from all of them, and we can’t seem to find much in the way of instructions. (The IRS says we can expect instructions later this month; we’re not holding our breath.)

For further guidance on how the ACA applies to employers with 50 employees or more, you can consult the IRS, the Small Business Association or (Whatever you do, don’t visit this page; to read it all is to enter the mouth of madness.)
